I love Arby's which is why I don't go to this particular one anymore. I'll go as far as it takes to end up at a Arby's that can actually make ONE of my orders right EVER! If you love getting what you ordered and paid for go to a different Arby's but still go.
Girl behind the register was incredibly nice, tried to help us with our coupon. When the manager came by, he snapped at her because she wasn't fast enough. She tried to explain the situation and he very rudely interrupted her with "if it's not in the system, he's out of luck" And walked away.

I completely wasted my money here. I got a beef and cheddar that tasted terrible, my fries tasted like they don’t change the fryer oil enough, on top of that I also got a jalapeño roast beef and it didn’t even look healthy enough to eat. The food went in the garbage and I’m down 15 bucks but someone should shut this place down.
