Great selections of pizza and cheap beers - a perfect combination for a local bar. It is a small town bar but it was hard to believe how much cheaper everything was compared to even other places nearby. Nothing fancy and great place to hang out with people.
I've been excited to try Esquire Lounge since moving to Champaign a few weeks ago. I've heard great things and I'm always dying for a good pizza place. My mom owns a pizzeria so my standards are high! I got the Bleu Pear Pizza (Bleu cheese crumbles, walnuts, pear, and mozzarella). At first the flavor was lacking but I asked for a side of honey (luckily they had some!) and drizzled it over the top, this improved the taste quite a bit. Every time we go to Esquire we have a great experience. The food is amazing and inexpensive for its quality but the service staff is top quality. Friendly, thorough and efficient! Cudos to the Esquire Management and staff! Well done
