everyone seems like they don't want to be there, and my #9 itali club is more like a skinny pencil at $9.36 I'm definitely 100% still going to be hungry.. could have, should have gotten a LG pizza at dominoes or papa John's pizza for the same price! rantoul Illinois location. jimmy John's used to be the BEEST in their field but at these prices and LACK of size guess just get a large 2 topping carry out special at local pizza restaurants. in this case size does matter especially at jimmy John's insane prices. Just look at the pic.. the sandwich is as small as the recipe!

Sandwich was hard as a brick. Had to be yesterday's bread or even the day before. I guess freshness is for the insides of the sandwich but not the bread. Very disappointed.

Incredible slow. Have been here half a dozen times. Staff is very poorly trained and clearly don't have managerial oversight. 'freaky fast' ha!!

Great food, but unfortunately the service is consistently incredibly slow. We've been over a dozen times, but have found that it's faster to drive out of the way to Mattis to enjoy Jimmy John's.

We never have issues here, but the Girl at register was very slow. Seems under the influence. One sandwich was made wrong and specifically should have been remade. This service crew today was unbelievably disappointing.

the uber driver couldn't deliver despite of instructions, she hung up on me. i call the restaurant, i was hung up on, i call again both again, the uber driver and the restaurant. the uber driver deliver at 12.24 PM from an 11:30 am order. the manager gave me the excuse that they are supper busy because of the university students arrival. shocking! i work for the university as well. i have screen shots of the text order and time lines. I am confused and up sad. i have order JJ's for about 20 years now and recently has been every week, so the students excuse is not reliable. who is the one responsible of trying to use uber to deliver. is this person insane? why will you ruin the good name and legend of JJs (freaky fast)this is a joke. i need to hear from someone, this is the email number assigned to the first email 20471999702401024I am going to take this to x FN as twitter to the customer service experiences and tag JJ's. i have already send 2 emails to feed back
