Just don't order a cookie. It's not because the cookies aren't good. They were good, back when you could actually get one. They're still on the menu, and they'll still charge you if you order one, but they won't actually bring it. ONCE feels like a mistake. But multiple times in a row? That feels intentional. The cookies are just on the menu to get your money. They probably don't even make them anymore.
After making the managers aware of the constant mistakes after mistakes the sandwich makers were making, they made it right and accommodated my needs. I appreciate their response and the way they handled it. Hoping to have a better experience going forward with this JJs.

Great food, but unfortunately the service is consistently incredibly slow. We've been over a dozen times, but have found that it's faster to drive out of the way to Mattis to enjoy Jimmy John's.
