everything I've ever ordered has been fantastic, everyone who works there is a mensch, and the quality is undeniable, esp. when compared to their local competitors. well worth your hard-earned dollar.
I ordered from the Page Roasting Co last month and due to a lot of mix-ups with USPS, I never received my package. It actually sat out in the metal parcel box for 2 weeks before being sent back. The company reached out to me about it and offered to send me a new bag for free given that the quality likely degraded out in the summer heat. I can't stop myself from dropping in at Avionics for espresso when in town to hang out at Pour Bros. Craft Taproom Champaign. Always have to pick up a bag of beans from Page Roasting Company. IMO, best coffee on earth! Yes, I live near Seattle and have been to Italy, but Guatemala from Page Roasting is my favorite.
