Pretzels are stale and rubbery. They mislead customers by posting a small options on the menu and then telling you only the large is available after waiting in line to order. Only reason they stay in business is because there’s a captive hungry group of travelers.
We had a short layover, so we grabbed some food on the way to our gate. I didn't want anything at the food court, and saw this, and got it instead. The person working was having a personal conversation with someone. I wasn't sure which register to stand at. She told me twice she'd be with me in a minute, as if I was impatient. I was just standing there waiting, lol. I got a pretzel with cream cheese. It was very good. I love Auntie Anne's pretzels. It was $8, which is too much,...read full review
