I went and ordered my food in the drive thru. Pulled up and got my coffee handed to me first which wasn't mixed shaken or stirred in at all. I forgot I ordered my hasbrowns that I found were smashed at the bottom of the bag pinned down like a wwe wrestler. And to top it off when the cashier double checked my donut order was blueberry glazed he hands me a chocolate long john as a final fuck you. So sad friends..

I never leave reviews but I am so beyond frustrated with the experience I just had here. Today is the last day for the $2 medium iced coffee promo that Chicagoland has been offering for the last several months. The drive through at this location is notorious for messing up orders so I physically went inside to order. The store (owner I believe, as he was dressed in a button down and not the DD uniform like all other staff inside) tried to tell me the $2 coffee promo is done and expired. I said "the DD app literally shows it's good through today", not to mention all the posters inside and outside the stores still advertising said promo. The employee on the register next to him also said it was still good, but then he shot her a look like "shut up". He was clearly irritated by the fact that I would be getting my coffee at a discounted price (not sure why, this is a promo that everyone happily has been taking advantage of since August). A sweet girl started to make my drink and he took the cup from her hand and said he would make it. I watched him and he did not make it as I ordered, I had to correct him. (I 100% believe this was intentional) And then when I got my receipt I saw he charged me 10 cents for "extra swirls" when I literally didn't order extra swirls? I had an easy coffee order that he intentionally messed up. This was hands down the shadiest DD I've ever been to and as I was leaving, I heard him instruct an employee to remove the $2 iced coffee promo signs from outside, so I presume he wants to tell others that promo is not being honored any longer, even though it should be for the rest of this entire day. This location is absolutely awful. Never again.

2 times now I have ordered a fudge crunch ice cream cake with a personal picture on it and they screwed me both times. Almost $70 each time I have lost. The excuses they give are horrendous . I will never go to this location again for a ice cream cake. Ruined kids bday both times.

Please make sure there's toilet paper for customers and do not open the door when a customer is using it, worst service ever!There's a reason why restaurants provide restrooms and have doors in place for PRIVACY!I didn't even want to order due to this

Absolutely horrible! Last year I ordered an ice cream cake and had to wait 90 minutes because it wasn't finished and the manager had to go pick it up at another location, no one brought it to the storelike they were supposed to. I was upset but it worked out. I believe in giving places 2nd chances so I ordered another icecream cake just a few weeks ago but boy that was HUGE mistake. I ordered a Moana ice ream cake on Sunday for a Thurdsay 5:15pm pickup. I went to pick it up and was told that it was still at the other location and that "I" had to get to drive to the other location, further away, to get it. I drove to the other location and was furious! They didn't put any writing on the cake and there were no decorations on it either... it was just a blue and yellow cake. Then I was told that they didn't have any more Moana decorations but I could choose another theme... really?! All of the decorations I bought were of Moana! Again... I ordered this cake on Sunday for a Thursday pickup and at NO point did anyone call, emai or communicate with me beforehand and say that the cake was plain, the person that was supposed to finish the cake (and didn't) left, or that they didn't have the Moana decorations. Nope! They waited until I arrived to pick up the cake to tell me that there was no writing or decorations on the cake. The girl that was there tried her best to get the issue resolved but in the end I ended up having to stop at Party City and purchase items to decorate the cake and had a family member practice so they could do the writing. They say never say never... I will NEVER order another cake from Baskin-Robbins again. EVER! I don't recommend getting one either. From now on I will get the icecream cakes at Jewel.

this dunkin absolutely blew me away!!! i love dunkin but not going to lie, the locations by me have been disappointing and just not tasting as good. i wish i knew the workers name who made my coffee and food because he has done it the best i've had in a long LONG time. i'm so impressed. this location is kinda far from where i live, i found it when near my boyfriends house and will definitely stop by every time i'm here now!!:)

I ordered a bcneggchz croissant drive thur heading to work. No bacon called vm full kept call first lady (Spanish speaking) said hold and hung up. 2nd (Jessica) call I told her she said come back, I said I have to work. She started speaking Spanish with someone and came back and she said well whoever said they put bacon there.. (you made 100 sandwiches today but you know for sure mine you put bacon) why do I have to lie, I wasn't rude or upset. I let her know I'm there every morning m-f she said we'll bring the sandwich back tomorrow. If I spend exactly $16.98 with you everyday since the start of school why do I need to lie about bacon and hold food in my car to prove that human error you gave me a egg cheese croissant. I found it rude and upsetting that you choice being accusing over customer service. So I will go back tomorrow to collect my sandwich. Stop at Jewels and get croissants we have bacon, eggs and cheese. The convenience isn't convenient when someone want to argue over human error with a loyal customer. My $16.98 every morning since school started will not put a dent in Dunkin I'm sure.

I've been here 3 times this year and the 1st time was awesome. The lady was so friendly. After my last two visits I don't have plans to return. If Dunkin is supposed to have holiday blend and midnight blend why wouldn't you ever have these in stock and available for customers? Other locations have them. Why can't you get proper supply in to take care of customers?

So straight up place has no drive thru window, we circled the drive thru and did not get any ice cream after ordering, should be a sign or something to make it more obvious because I could not find it.

Morning staff is always fast service and consistent with their coffee but the late afternoon/early evening staff (3pm-5pm) staff is TERRIBLE. Always so unfriendly, extremely slow and today the young man at the drive thru window took my money and walked away from the window without handing me my coffee!! Not to mention the coffee consistently tastes terrible when I go around this time as well. Please train up the staff that is working this shift. It's horrible!! I won't be giving my money to this location anymore to help fund such terrible working staff.
