I never leave reviews but I am so beyond frustrated with the experience I just had here. Today is the last day for the $2 medium iced coffee promo that Chicagoland has been offering for the last several months. The drive through at this location is notorious for messing up orders so I physically went inside to order. 2 times now I have ordered a fudge crunch ice cream cake with a personal picture on it and they screwed me both times. Almost $70 each time I have lost. The excuses they give are horrendous . I will never go to this location again for a ice cream cake. Ruined kids bday both times.

I went and ordered my food in the drive thru. Pulled up and got my coffee handed to me first which wasn't mixed shaken or stirred in at all. I forgot I ordered my hasbrowns that I found were smashed at the bottom of the bag pinned down like a wwe wrestler. And to top it off when the cashier double checked my donut order was blueberry glazed he hands me a chocolate long john as a final fuck you. So sad friends..
