The place is small and nothing noteworthy. But the food is what we came for. I had the Tropical Vegan Arepa with black bean and tofu just to see how the tofu was prepared. It was rather tasteless. My husband had the Pelua Arepa and the shredded beef was soooo good. The maize dough bread was also very tasty. And the fried plantains were out of the world delicious.

Really, the specialty is the arepas from my point of view... Excellent!! I had the opportunity to try several and they are large, very well filled. The tequeños are exquisite. The place was packed, but the service is very good and orders come out very quickly. 100% recommended!!
