The food is delicious as always, but the cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired. The bathrooms are dirty. The staff is friendly but it seems that the supervisor is rude. Before they gave a basket that served as a plate to consume food and today we don't have it. We had to clear our table to eat.

Don’t know what’s up with all the bad reviews on here. This chipotle is right by my job so frequent it very often. Every time I come here the staff is quick and efficient and my bowl is always fresh and had the appropriate portion sizes. One of the best Chipotles in the downtown area!

Chipotle is loveI asked to receive the sauce separately, and even though it would have been a hassle, my request was listened to.It doesn't seem unfriendly for a fast food restaurant.

Dirty is an understatement, seems like the staff doesn’t have any pride in their own stores location because the tables , seats and floor is always occupied with leftover food from prior guest.

My friends and I walked to chipole and the sign says it closes at 10pm and they closed at 9:20pm and denied us of service. They said they already put all the food away and told us to leave. Please change the sign if you are not going to follow as it says.

God this place is horrible! To be downtown and next to so many hotels smh. I stayed at a hotel around the corner and wanted food. 1) I got a tortilla to go with my bowl and it was hard as a brick!!!!!! I literally couldn't eat it and of course I got charged for it! The tortilla seemed days old and literally was breaking as if it was a chip. 2) when you walk in its so DIRTY! Even the food area there is rice everywhere and a mess. We came at 5pm and there was no corn, only spicy salsa and no other meat besides chicken. 3) we waited 4 minutes at register and had to ask who was checking us out. No-one answered but instead went to get someone. 4) the drink area was SO dirty and a mess Im so disappointed. And the food is BLAH. I hate that I came to this location smh if I could do negative stars I would.

My goodness, what has happened to this place? I hadn't eaten there in person since the pandemic and now it seems to have transformed into the "homeless Chipotle". The drink area in the front is completely unsupervised and people are coming in off the street, getting cups out of the garbage, and using the soda machines. One character came in with a blazing stereo, went through the garbage, found some food to eat AT THE CONDIMENT STATION, and then got in a big "f-u" verbal altercation with someone that got near him and asked him to move aside. 3 different people came in with this type of behavior in the 15 minutes I sat there. Management: please step up your supervision of the front door here. The tables were dirty and there are not enough employees to keep the pace up with the order speed as well.

Worst chipotle location I've ever been to. Chipotle had a lot of issues with their Boorito deal online for Halloween and the company's certified Twitter account stated since they were having issues with their deal for online orders & that they would redeem it in store. All employees gave me A LOT of push back and attitude about this. I decided to still order food and after all the yelling and rude comments, they did end up giving me the deal (because it was still redeemable). I don't know why they gave their customers so much difficulty for something their company was promoting, but I will never go back to this chipotle location again. Managers and all employees are very rude and not helpful.
