I ordered a bag of coffee from their website and the wrong roast was shipped. However, when I reached out, Jeff Kuhnie was so great and had the correct bag shipped for me for free. Great customer service and I haven't had a cup of their coffee I didn't like!
Small but colorful coffee shop in/near Ukrainian Village. Excellent customer service with a very knowledgeable staff. Very helpful in making sure I had the best possible experience. And the coffee is delicious too. Not a place I would sit down at but great to pick up great coffee, iced or hot

Great coffee shop for to-go only. They also have breakfast tacos, stuffed croissants, and pastries. Right on Western but usually plenty of easy parking out front. All of the staff are so kind and friendly - great place to start your day! And for some reason I’m convinced this coffee tastes better than other Dark Matter locations???Parking: Street parking out front. On a busy street but usually plenty of available spots. Might avoid if you don’t like to parallel park!
