“If you’re craving some good Dominican food this is the place to be. Moved here from the northeast where Dominican food was part of my regular rotation so finding a good place in Chicago has been perfect. When I’m a bit homesick I pop in for Dominican breakfast of mangu, salami, fried cheese, and eggs topped with pickled onions and it always hits the spot. When I’m feeling fancy I order an oxtail plate and it’s delicious. It’s small and cozy, music playing while you eat. Service is nice and if you don’t know Spanish, it’s easy enough to make it work.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, large stair leading into restaurant with no ramp.“
“(Translated by Google) Well, I had heard about the site and I wanted to eat something away from home, and on the site they prepare whatever you ask to eat. And very good seasoning and hygiene. I liked the food. This time I ordered plantain tostones with pork rinds and ketchup. Uuuff, that was delicious. The truth is, I don't go out often on weekends, I stay at home to rest. This time I got out of the home routine.(Original)Bueno, avia escuchado del sitio y tenia deceo de comer algo fuera de casa , y en el sitio te preparan lo que tu pidas comer. “I have no idea how I've missed this place being I grew up out west and lived in Chicago my entire life. Anyway, I came in for the Dominican Breakfast. The kind woman (I forgot her name I want to say starts with a M) she was so welcoming and so nice. I told her exactly what I wanted and it was my first time. She hooked me up.. everything was good. They had this passion fruit juice that was so fresh and so good. I'm coming back for the oxtail next!“
