Overall Thoughts: Located in Chinatown’s central Richland Center food hall, this spot serves up many wheat-based staples from Northern China. These pork-filled dumplings were piping hot and delicious. The are filled with umami flavor, and you get 3 of them! Simply amazing.However, their youtiao was cold and not fresh. I think it's because we came near the afternoon, so they stopped making fresh ones.

I’m northern Chinese and growing up my mom made dumplings and bings (both filling and dough) from scratch, but not as frequently as I liked because it’s a lot of work to do it right.
