While I love Dunkin iced coffee, this location is hit or miss in terms of quality. The service is good but the iced coffee is all over the place. Sometimes the iced coffee is super bitter. Today, it was extremely watered down and undrinkable. Poor quality control!
I used to order every time at this store but tonight when I went there was an employee who refused to open washroom because I didn’t order first. He said washroom only for customers who order. I told him I come every day or so but he was arguing.I felt very sad as I always stop by three or four times a week to buy coffee. It is very sad.

waited for about seven minutes for the employee to leave the bathroom so we could order, once she finally comes out she lets us know theres no coffee due to water maintenance? there should be a sign on the door saying that so i dont have to wait seven minutes for the employee to finish in the bathroom just to find out i cant order.

Appreciated the cashier asking me in depth of the shots of flavor I wanted in my coffee this morning. Would have been a better experience if the homeless guy in there sleeping on the chair didn't smell of feces an urine. I didn't stay that long inside even if it was in the 90's today...
