Appreciated the cashier asking me in depth of the shots of flavor I wanted in my coffee this morning. Would have been a better experience if the homeless guy in there sleeping on the chair didn't smell of feces an urine. I didn't stay that long inside even if it was in the 90's today...
I hate going here at night! The male workers are so rude and rather play on their phones or computer instead of take customers orders. I live in the area and I I will say this happened everyone I go there at night. Horrible service

While I love Dunkin iced coffee, this location is hit or miss in terms of quality. The service is good but the iced coffee is all over the place. Sometimes the iced coffee is super bitter. Today, it was extremely watered down and undrinkable. Poor quality control!
