“I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts, and I have to say, the customer service truly stood out. The staff was welcoming and greeted me with smiles as soon as I walked in. They were efficient and handled my order quickly, even during the busy morning rush. When I had a question about the menu, Santosh was knowledgeable and happy to help, which made the experience even better. My coffee and donut were exactly as I ordered, and everything was fresh and delicious.“

“I had one of the most friendliest interactions I've ever had in a dunkin! The worker that was shcudled today at 7 pm had such a friendly attitude that I couldn't help but wish her the best! I ordered 2 green teas and she explained that it's going to come out hot because she barely made it. I however didn't mind because who doesn't love hot fresh tea! :) she then proceeded to tell how she takes pride in her work because of how well she does it, and it for sure shows! 200/10 experience would recommend going here for your daily dunkin runs ?‍♀️“

“Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. “This Dunkin location is decent. It's clean and if there's a line, they get through it quickly. The one thing I don't like is that I've encountered a few of the employees with bad attitudes. You can tell they just don't want to be there. That's fine, but don't take it out on the customers. “I always feel that the way a mistake is handled is a very strong example of the culture of a place. I ordered through uber eats and unfortunately got the wrong items. I contacted the store and one of the automatic options they give you is “speak with a store manager” I figured this would just get me to a team member, but in fact it went directly to the manager who picked up immediately. I explained the situation and he provided several options to try to make it right and was empathetic. I informed him I might stop by to pick up the correct items (as I was really craving them). “I have visited this location frequently throughout the week. I usually order through the mobile app. When I arrive I am mostly greeted by name once i tell them I am here to pick up. The tram here does a phenomenal job with Speed of Service. They seem to run a ve4y efficient store. Haven't met one team member that wasn't courteous. They always are on the move. I want to give a special shout out to Rosa!! She is a fantastic manager. I usually see her in the mix of orchestrating her team to give out the highest standard of guest service. I even had an issue with a mobile order I placed. She listened & then proceeded to fix the issue at hand. She made sure I wasn't leaving unhappy. She is a great asset to this location. “I come to this D.D. almost every morning & JOYA is always pleasant the line usually runs smoother on days she's working . Everyone is usually polite but takes too long ringing up customers especially when we need to be at work on time. I only gave 4 stars because this D.D. runs out of cream often and the other employees are not as experienced on the register. I do enjoy the coffee and the donuts are always fresh.

Parking: D.D. located in a gas station which has about 7or 8 spots available for parking people are usually in and out.“

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“Food...,Donut's, were the usual mass produced no longer made onsite carbs and sugar. The donuts were much better when they were made onsite at individually owned and operated Dunkin Donuts. The donuts were borderline stale, hard, definitely NOT FRESH! The service was quick and professional, no additional personality thrown in for good measure, just the run of the mill, routine strangers interacting in a public venue. No one was rude, but there was no personality or charm involved in the interaction either. I was in and out in no time flat, but then I went inside, because the drive-thru at this location is unfathomably long on weekday mornings. Will visit again in a pinch, like getting gasoline, it's in route and I don't have to go out of my way, but I will probably skip the donuts, they were not worth the $16.00+ for a dozen rocks with frosting on top

I usually go to Dark Matter or that other one rhyming with far ducks. I just saw a video on a drink that looked like everything I love, so I figured I’d give it a go. I can’t have dairy so I ordered the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Almond Milk. My pup was also offered a pup cup! First of all, the customer service was TOP NOTCH. The two woman that were working this morning will make me come back just for how wonderful & sincere they were. The drink was outta this world! I usually never finish all my coffee. “The Big n' Toasted is a fine tasty sandwich, add a few hash browns (thin tator tots) and you got yourself a decent meal. Staff can be somewhat friendly to meh in helpfulness, usually not rude though with the shear number of locations, some bahness can exist, That being said they do tend to have some tasty dounuts and breakfast sandwiches, can't say nothing about the coffee as I don't drink that.“
