“I had one of the most friendliest interactions I've ever had in a dunkin! The worker that was shcudled today at 7 pm had such a friendly attitude that I couldn't help but wish her the best! I ordered 2 green teas and she explained that it's going to come out hot because she barely made it. I however didn't mind because who doesn't love hot fresh tea! :) she then proceeded to tell how she takes pride in her work because of how well she does it, and it for sure shows! 200/10 experience would recommend going here for your daily dunkin runs ?‍♀️“

“I come to this D.D. almost every morning & JOYA is always pleasant the line usually runs smoother on days she's working . Everyone is usually polite but takes too long ringing up customers especially when we need to be at work on time. I only gave 4 stars because this D.D. runs out of cream often and the other employees are not as experienced on the register. I do enjoy the coffee and the donuts are always fresh.

“Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“Just did an online order for a large iced caramel with whip macchiato I accidentally went to the wrong store and ended up going to where my order was placed due to me not thoroughly reading the room he was very short staffed as he was the only one working and backed up on orders I just realized how bad in behavior I was as I too was irate over my own mishap and I apologize I was simply asking to just redo the espresso shots as anyone in coffee or a barista knows that the shots once pulled has to be used immediately otherwise they will be sour and bitter in taste I didn’t want you to redo the whole drink but again I apologize and i credit you for taking on the rush and my not so great behavior as well as I was rushing after going to the wrong location thinking it that my iced beverage would be watered down and a loss despite coming and the short staffed you faced while working hard to accommodate and I apologize again“

I dropped by after work to get an ice coffee with espresso around 8:30pm. Upon entering I stopped by the ice cream section to look at what flavors were available, when I was immediately greeted by Joanna. She let me sample 2 flavors with a welcoming attitude. Parking: Forget it... the place is connected to a laundromat and convenience store... the lot only holds about 20 cars tops.“

The tram here does a phenomenal job with Speed of Service. They seem to run a ve4y efficient store. Haven't met one team member that wasn't courteous. They always are on the move. I want to give a special shout out to Rosa!! She is a fantastic manager. I usually see her in the mix of orchestrating her team to give out the highest standard of guest service.
