“I had one of the most friendliest interactions I've ever had in a dunkin! The worker that was shcudled today at 7 pm had such a friendly attitude that I couldn't help but wish her the best! “My first experience of Dunkin' was 2 decades ago in Seoul, Korea. I just loved it and would buy a ton of stuff before getting on the plane to Singapore. Back then Singapore did not have any. My first experience of Dunkin' in the US since we moved to the US was this week. I asked for a dark roast coffee brew and was turned down by the guy behind the counter. I ended up buying the regular stuff and it was good enough to pour over my frozen feet. I swallowed the mediocre stuff and vowed never to go back.So much for their brew, now I have to try their donuts and munchkins.However the next day, I went back and looked through the entire menu and located the midnight blend and asked again for the dark brew. This time the guy went one step with me and said he could do a pour over and that it would take 5 minutes. But less than 4 minutes later I had the brew. So much for an improvement. However on taking a sip, I discovered that the brew is 10 times bitter than the French roast. After adding 3 more creamers and a ton of Splenda, it was still bitter and I had to dump what I couldn't finish in the sink.“

“Generally, this Dunkin’ does the job. It is convenient and perfect for stopping by during the morning commute or for a pick me up in the afternoon. Unfortunately, I find the service in the afternoon to be lackluster. The employees working during this time are generally unfriendly and can skimp on the ice. Every time i get a refresher, there is little ice in it. At one point, I ordered a small drink and was charged for a medium sized one.

In the morning, if you order ahead to avoid the morning rush, I think you should have no problems. I have done so many times and my order has always been accurate and the employees always made sure that I get what I need. They even recognize me as a regular, which is nice and speaks to the awesome customer service from the staff in the morning.“

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“Dunkin can vary greatly location to location. The ladies working here run a tight ship. I jokingly told my bf they run it like the military, he said “tighter than the military” hahaha. I have come here during different times of the day. I need to get to work at 7am. I never worry about a delay picking up my coffee via drive thru before work! And they handle the rush around 8-9 very well I thought I accidentally received someone else’s order because of how fast they made everything. Coffee is never watered down, my iced drinks are actually cold, food comes out warm, donuts aren’t stale. Coming back for sure“
