The staff is very unpleasant and they don't put any effort into the food they make. It's the Dunkin donuts that is closest to my house and when I ordered my sandwich they always give me burnt, I return to the establishment and they give me the attitude to change it.

The ladies here stay nailing my order every time.I’ve never had any issue they weren’t pleasant about fixing.The people complaining about this place are most likely the neighborhood racists / old generation.

The iced coffee has always been hit or miss, but the last three times it's been watery milk. Iced coffee needs to be brewed stronger, this location isn't up to the to 'dunkin standards' for consistency so I've started skipping this location.

Walked in at 9 am on Sunday to get bagels. I wanted a dozen but they didn't have enough. I then asked for 6 which they had but they wouldn't sell them to me.

Ordering from their is playing Russian roulette. You know what you ordered but once in a life time they will get it right. Either fire the staff and start fresh or pay them more so they actually care about their jobs. I ordered coffee with no sugar for a client, who is diabetic and they put milk and tons of sugar.

I love the family that works here, there usually quick, they do be out of some stuff quite a bit, and are now only opened to 2 PM. I wish they was 24 hrs.
