To be clear, the waitress was great and I would give her 5 stars but it takes forever to get your pizza here so I downgraded the service rating accordingly. The atmosphere was good, nothing super special. They did seat someone next to us when the entire upstairs was literally empty. The food was delicious. It was worth the wait, at least.Wheelchair accessibility: This place had an elevator but the the tables were fairly close together.

Go upstairs to use the restrooms and enjoy the cool all-in-one water/soap/air drying fixtures!While there are other things on the menu, as a non-Chicagoan I'm not sure why any visitor would ever order anything other than a deep-dish pizza-pie. A 45-minute+ wait required, but trust me it's worth it. A buttery, flakey crust underlies all of it, and then layer after layer of sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice. Mozzarella triangles are also delicious and served with a side of marinara sauce.Not for the faint of heart or counting-of-calories. A couple of slices will tide most people over. Just as delicious cold for breakfast the next day! The staff behind the counter was nice but unfortunately the pizza didn't meet our expectations. Although the Sampler was ok, the deep dish pizza was disappointing, as it was both tasteless and soggy.

My pizza was cold and undercooked, and the soup tasted like it was from a can. No one smiled even once. The waiter seemed to be bothered and only did the bare minimum. I am absolutely disappointed and will not eat there ever again.

Traditional Chicago pizzeria. There were 4 of us, we shared 1 medium Deep Dish Cheese Pizza and it was perfect to share. More than reasonable price for being one of the most famous pizzerias in the city, I recommend going early or making a reservation in advance since it is usually very busy!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Excellent place and food! We were four people. Ordered for an appetizer a Sampler and a Meet and More Meet pizza and it was all great. Really tasty and in the end we couldn't finish the pizza.The only thing to consider is the waiting time for the pizza which is around 1 hour.

Recommended by my taxi driver from the Airport and a truly amazing waitress at another restaurant who said 'you must eat there for authentic Chicago deep dish'... they were both correct! Awesome deep dish pizza!! Fantastic and attentive service!! Do not leave Chicago without visiting this iconic institution
