I first went to HaiSous on the recommendation of a friend and have been twice now. So good! I'll be honest it's not ALL that. There are things that I would not order again, but the items that I really enjoyed on the menu are SOLID. I was recently reintroduced to HaiSous, and had been there a couple times when they first opened after the ordeal with Embeya. I had not been back. I came with friends for happy hour which I didn't know they had and as a non profit worker, I love happy hour deals and I find it's a great way to introduce people to the flavors of your food and what they can expect. One of the best meals I’ve have in the city. The wings and meat platter were outstanding to share. Octopus salad was fresh and light. The mille-feuille, however, changed me. Actually better than perfect because of the fish sauce caramel. Can’t wait to come back.
