Takes forever to get food; the air pollution in store is seriously unhealthy for anyone; bad service. Have to switch from dine in to take out because of the worst air quality.

Go now!Love that the menu and checkout are all on your phone! They have paper menus if you need it.I know this is cliche but the general tsao chicken is the best I've had.The braised pork with veggies....perfect for a cold night.I will be returning!

With all the choices around, I suggest you go somewhere else. Non-existent customer service. Waited for 40min to even get drinks after putting in my order. Kids sat starving. No service. Hard to even get anyone to look our way. I had to get up to ask for forks and napkins.

I was there on 02/11/2024 and ordered crispy duck for carryout. Big mistake. When I got home (about 1 hour from Chinatown), I have discovered a container a full of red dry paper but no duck. Yes, there were a few pieces of unknown origin with a lot of bones but no duck. FYI, we have been visiting Chinatown and carryout food for many years with no problem. We tried this restuarant for the first and last time.

Absolutely outstanding Hunan cuisine! The flavors were delightful and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The service was exceptionally friendly as well.Among the dishes, the beef rice noodles stood out for their tender texture and delicious beef broth, while the mashed pepper/eggplant with preserved eggs absorbed so much flavor. The ground pork with mustard and the smoked pork and bamboo shoot dry pot were also standout dishes. Overall, every dish were super aromatic, and with so many more menu items to explore, I'm looking forward to returning for more.

Super friendly staff made great recommendations to our party of six somewhat inexperienced diners and we’re so glad we took their suggestions. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared - we enjoyed familiar and new to us dishes (including the stinky tofu, which definitely lived up to its name). Grandma’s fried rice, noodles with beef, green beans and the crispy rice were some of our favorites. Tasty and huge portions. Worth a visit for sure!

Incredible meal ? Location is longer walk on Wentworth from the square but my goodness what a gem ? Loved the中国风setting also.Steamed Weever 清蒸鲈鱼 was perfect with the light touch of soy, just tender meat, julienned green onion and ginger for the best balance… no cilantro ? which is so important to not rob the fish of its flavors.Lotus 藕夾 Root Box is childhood fav with a bit of heavy batter but quite tasty nonetheless.Tigger pepper 虎皮青椒was playing roulette with our taste buds. Some of it was sooo spicy ?夫妻肺片Beef shank cold dish was loaded with cilantro ? to offset the numbing spice which was delish.Great attentive servers who were quite friendly. Ordering via iPad was also quite convenient. Payment is by server only.Give it a try… U R Welcome ?

Food is very tasty and authentic. It's Hunan cuisine so most of the dishes are very spicy - make sure you requested mild spicy when ordering. They don't deliver on major platforms but I can see why. We visited on Monday evening and the restaurant was quite busy. It was extremely loud because of some large parties are having drinking games. They specialize in hot pot dishes like braised pork, tofu, etc. Highly recommend this authentic Chinese place to all.Street parking only. Reservations not required.
