Absolutely outstanding Hunan cuisine! The flavors were delightful and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The service was exceptionally friendly as well.Among the dishes, the beef rice noodles stood out for their tender texture and delicious beef broth, while the mashed pepper/eggplant with preserved eggs absorbed so much flavor. Super friendly staff made great recommendations to our party of six somewhat inexperienced diners and we’re so glad we took their suggestions. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared - we enjoyed familiar and new to us dishes (including the stinky tofu, which definitely lived up to its name). Grandma’s fried rice, noodles with beef, green beans and the crispy rice were some of our favorites. Tasty and huge portions. Worth a visit for sure!
