To each their own! If you like super crowded, loud music, no place to sit and rowdy people this is the place for you. At this point in life I can do without this sort of atmosphere. A friend took me here. I only stayed for about 45mins. The bartender was too busy to notice I wanted a drink. It's a no-return for me, but obviously lots of people love it here.

Walked in at 8p on a Friday night and the first bartender greeted us immediately and got our drinks. Then two young females took over and my husband's empty glass sat on the edge of the bar while they drank, danced, did shots and ate. One even looked at his empty glass 3 times and kept walking. I've been a bartender. I'm willing to over look a wait for drinks if it's slammed. It wasn't. No excuse for that kind of service.

One of our favorite spots for a cold beer and wings. The outside seating is awesome and always friendly service. The amount of sauces you can chose from to load your wings up is fantastic and delicious. Hands downs still number one (in my humble opinion) the best sweet potato fries,and I have tried ALOT of sweet potato fries. Grab a friend, order a cold beer and enjoy a beautiful Chicago day out on the patio.

My friends and I stopped at Jake's on a birthday trolley. After we walked in, the bartender was EXTREMELY rude and yelling at us all to see our IDs. We all showed him our IDs right away (we are all 27/28) and he continued to give us a hard time and single people in our group out for literally no reason. It was absolutely unhinged behavior and the most rude experience I've ever had. We all left immediately and they lost out on 25 people's drink orders. I definitely do not recommend coming here.

I am 25. I walked up and showed my ID and the bouncer said that he didn't think my ID was real. I asked if we could ask management or police, and he said, "Even if the police said it was real, I don't have to let you in."I have never once had anyone question my ID, nor deny me entry. This is a first and my party of 4 left before spending a cent. Just crazy.
