Food was delicious but they forgot my order and I didn't get it until over 30min later. Nice waitress but failed on the service. Gotta make sure your patrons receive the food as ordered and in a timely manner. No discount was offered for the delayed food either..Maybe next time.

this used to be my boyfriend and i's go-to spot, we live super close and for years we would regularly walk over and pick up some tacos or quesadillas. one day a couple months ago he walked over to grab our to-go order, and when he sat down to wait for it he saw a COCKROACH. he promptly alerted staff, who didn't care at all. needless to say we didn't eat the food and haven't been back since. also as other reviews note, the music and sports are always on FULL VOLUME in a very small space.

Horrible experience!! I Do not recommend this place, should’ve gotten McDonalds instead.Yesterday I went with my mother and daughter for a quick bite. But, the Hispanic waitress seem too districted, disoriented, even hungover & horrible customer care , didn’t put our order for or food, we only got coffee upon arrival.

Great Mexican Restaurant on Lawrence Ave in Albany Park. I ordered the beef stew (caldo de res), and it was absolutely delicious. Best one I have tasted in years. It had plenty of delicious beef, potatoes, carrots, etc. Try it; no disappointment!! The service is great..Karen and the other ladies' waitressing are always attentive and friendly. The place is a bit loud and almost annoying because they have the TV on at the same time as their jukebox, making it difficult to enjoy either. At that point, it's just noise competing with each other, but the food is authentic and worth your trip.
