My husband and I visited the District Food Court at Oakbrook Center. We were looking for coffee and went to Le Macaron French Pastries. We ordered coffee and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was rich and creamy. The coffee was bold and rich and full of caffeine. The shop is bright and the baristas were nice and friendly. I can't wait to go back and try some more of their food.
Very clean inside. Macaron selection was large. They were slightly on the small side in comparison to others I've had. There were not too many other pastry selections. The espresso while good was on the weak side. Staff was nice. Located inside The District upstairs.

What a delightful store! Colorful from corner to corner with lots of beautiful pastries to purchase, it can be overwhelming to choose which pieces of art to purchase for yourself or others. On my trip, I didn't get a chance to try these pastries (as I'd stopped by Stan's first) but did have the chance to try their beverages.
