I didn't visit Leon's Kitchen but the Hydepark Environmental Nature Garden across the street. If you're looking for an outdoor garden to enjoy your BBQ dinner, you're welcome to have a seat at one of the tables in the garden when opened to the public.
I ordered a tip and sausage combo . It wasn't hot and it didn't taste like pork it tasted like turkey tips. If I ever go back there I will be sure to specify which one I want and the link wasn't cut it was just one link not pieces maybe I am just used to having my sausage link cut when I order a tip and sausage

I harkened back to the 1980’s at Leon’s on the corner of 83rd & Cottage Grove and French fries smothered in “Leon Sauce” so when my wife said “barbecue for Mother’s Day” I immediately jumped on-line and ordered a slab, tip-link combo and large fries with extra sauce.
