This was the first time I have ever been I this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised about their pizza. The pizza took me back down memory lane. I almost started crying. Best pizza!!!!
Lonnie’s has been passed over for all Chicago pizza top 20’s type of articles. Being a lifelong Chicagoan, I’ve tried every popular “must got to” pizza place. There is not one that has come close to this place. Extra thin-cheese, sausage, and pepperoni is unbeatable. Hands down, number one extra thin crust pizza anywhere in the Chicagoland area.

I think I found my new go-to place for pizza. Picked up the Lonnie's special, which came with sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. Beautifully made pie, well-seasoned with toppings generously spread over. Excellent crust, which was doughy and had a bit of crunch. Overall, the pizza was delicious, and I'm looking forward to trying out their other menu selections.
