I thought the ladies behind the counter were quick and friendly. I got the choose 2 with chow mein, orange chicken, and green bean beef. I liked it! It was certainly plenty of food, and I ate every last scrap. I was glad to have some veg while flying (green bean, carrot, onion mixed in with the meat). Wasn't too hungry but after getting teased by American Airlines that I made standby and would get to Albany 6 hours earlier, only for them to take it back leaving me stuck in O'Hare for another 5 hours, I needed some comfort. I saw a lot of people ordering from this place earlier and now had a craving for Chinese. I didn't expect much, but unfortunately it was even worse. Ate maybe half and then tossed the rest and went to Chilis. Live and learn.

A T3 staple! I’ve been flying out of O’Hare for years, and this has quickly become my go-to whenever I’m in this terminal. Besides solid food and hefty portions, the workers are always exceptionally friendly.
