Fantastic experience! Our room was very comfortable. Great bathroom amenities. Hotel location is wonderful- close to Michigan Avenue, restaurants. The staff at all levels was very courteous and helpful.
5-star nice hotel. Probably just a tick below the Trump overall, but both are very nice! Friendly staff, large bathrooms, comfortable beds and for us, most importantly, quiet rooms. Location is along the river, so good location. We were on 9th floor and not a lot of view tho other than of buildings.
