What's with nobody here wearing gloves when they serve you? One time a lady took payment then immediately started trying to serve me food. I had to ask her to wear gloves. I don't want you handling someone's dirty cash then touching my food!

Messed up my order wanted SHRIMP but the cashier Meijuan w insisted I order wrong how?! When I don’t like orange chicken.. she charged me 1.50$ for something they messed up she then proceeded to be stingy with the chili sauce like it comes out of her paycheck. Very rude I’ve always had good experiences at other Panda Express.Disappointed

So my husband, our 7m old baby and I just came from shopping at the Target up the street. We were getting ready to call a uber home after a nice night out through downtown Chicago. WE ran across this Panda Express that I thought we could get food from and wait for our ride. We were in there for less than 30 seconds before an older Asian lady followed us to the back section where proceeded to yell at me in front of my baby about how we can't sit back there because the store was about to close and she was about to begin mopping. I calmly told her I understand but simply asked if it would be ok if we could wait for 5 minutes for our ride to pull up so my baby, more than myself and my husband, wouldn't have to wait out in the cold. She ignored my request saying "No you sit over there", referring to the front part of the store where all the seats were taken and other mothers had their strollers parked as well. I pointed out that where she was directing us had no seats available. I said, "but there are no seats over there", and she cut me off saying " I don't care if there is seat or no seat, you sit over there." At this point my husband had to calm me down reminding me that our ride was pulling up. It was hurtful how she talked to me and I was just trying to keep my baby warm while we waiting for a ride. I wasn't going to spend my money there after being talked to like a peasant in front of my family. I have great appreciation for other peoples cultures, and I hate to say it but being the only black customers in the restaurant and my husband having a face covering on, I can't help but feel targeted. It's like I went to panda express to get disrespected in front of my family for free. When I did get my ride I went to chipotle where I was treated with respect. This experience left me feeling hurt and confused as to why the conversation went in this direction instead of things being more kindly expressed.

I walked in to order just a few minutes before typing this review no one wanted to take my order they were just talking in the back. Sunday October 29 around 11:30. Not sure if it's because I am black but it felt like it. ? they just looked right at me and said nothing.

Don't discriminate. Don't give out free food to certain race of people. Be honest and fair. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was awful (I've given a chance many times and each time they have failed miserably). They love to fill your container with more vegetables than protein. The older lady can be extremely rude, (I won't go into details) but I highly suggest a diversity & inclusion training immediately, her micro-aggressions is not going unnoticed. I will not spend another dollar at this establishment. The food is pretty mediocre for the price and they are always running out of items. The eating area is always clean, that's the nice thing I can say about this place

I am a fan of Panda but THIS Panda is going through some thingsBeen over here a handful of times and they are closed in the middle of the day and even more often they are JUST taking online orders. With this much competition downtown, they gotta get their stuff together. I dont even try and go over there anymore because a few times in a row they werent open for walk in business, only online.

This location is right in the Loop and is super convenient if you're looking for a quick spot to grab Americanized Chinese food. The place itself is really clean and the customer service is solid. There's not much of a wait time and the food is relatively cheap. Be careful of the MSG attack that is followed after though
