It's been two weeks since I emailed Potbelly about the experience (and requested that someone call me to discuss). And....Crickets. Radio silence. No response. Such terrible customer service. If only there was another sandwich shop in the area. Oh wait, it's a sandwich. You can get it anywhere. And you don't have to deal with rude employees.

Could not be nicer, better or more hardworking. Went above and beyond on a large order I had during their rush period. Very positive experience and greatly appreciated.

What is with the changes??? First, "skinny" no longer means skinny bread, it now means half of a full-carb sandwich. Now the condiments are full-sized and awkward. Mustard is not given even though I asked for everything. Not liking this new menu--why change a good thing?

I am just so proud every bite I had out that chili bowl warmed my heart ❤️. Farm house salad with balsamic dressing AMAZINNGGG. Don’t let me forgot that chocolate brownie cookie I just couldn’t stop eating it - time to hit the gym. I may say Customer a little iffy workers didn’t knoe about the items or products. Overall Shìt was FIREEEE!!!!

This store is set up so weird and as someone who has never been into the store I did not know how it worked the workers were absolutely so rude to me all while I was trying to order a sandwhich. Like sorry idk how your store works I've never been here. They all need an attitude check. I would've loved a bag to carry my food back but I guess that's to much to ask bc these kids ran away to the back as soon as they handed me my food. DO BETTER AND BE NICE TO PEOPLE ITS NOT HARD
