Ordering ahead of time from this location is pointless. Ordered way ahead and when I arrived on my lunch break it was still not ready, they kept making the orders of people arriving / ordering and left my order print out on the counter behind them until they were finished with the people who ordered after me. From the time I ordered on the app to the time I got there & waited it took a total of 45 minutes, not 10-15 mins as the app says.
Go to potbelly when at work! Delivery is always on time/early! Sandwiches are always fresh and made with the right ingredients! Cookies are often warm as well which is always a plus in my book!

I am just so proud every bite I had out that chili bowl warmed my heart ❤️. Farm house salad with balsamic dressing AMAZINNGGG. Don’t let me forgot that chocolate brownie cookie I just couldn’t stop eating it - time to hit the gym. I may say Customer a little iffy workers didn’t knoe about the items or products.
