me and my sister came in and we were going to order some food but we had to use the bathroom so we decided to go to the restroom... there was this man that chased us to the bathroom and was banging on the door telling us to get out because there can't be two of use in there! mind you my sister was already using the restroom and we were telling him we're using the bathroom already and he said he didn't care to get out!!! and I was like this can't be for real. the man then threaten us if we didn't get out and then said the bathroom is only for customers only!he was so man and banging on the door that I had no choice to then open the door while my little sister is getting dressed and closed the door behind me and he looked at me like he was going to do something!I waited for my sister to get done and then I asked to speak to a manager and the manager did absolutely nothing she didn't care what we had to say!!! this place is racist and has no respect for anyone!

I come to this Potbelly on the weekends with my son and every time we are amazed at how fresh and tasty the food Is. I personally always get the Wreck and my son has the Mama's meatball, definitely recommend the chili. Lori welcomed us with a smile and a wonderful conversation while preparing our sandwiches today, thanks for recommending the Oreo shake. I kept changing my mind about the toppings and she was super cool and patient about it. A 5 star employee for sure !!

My first time at this sandwich shop, and it was so delicious that I will definitely will be back to try another sandwich of the menu. Today I had a combo name skinny veggie. The service is fast, the place is clean and plenary of tables to seat. The atmosphere is quite and so far is relaxing. Not sure if is because is a Monday or because of the time cam to order my food.

I order from Uber eats. I work right the corner at Ivy Hall. I call and ask Julius not to put milk in my shake. And he refused to do so. I always order my shake with no milk. I always go to this Potbelly when I'm at work. I hope he didn't do nothing to my shake.
The kid making my sandwich was so brain dead high that he didn’t even ask what I wanted on it. After he asked he started taking condiments off that I never ordered. Good thing I wasn’t allergic to avocado

Although the food was good and staff who was making it was nice. The manger saw me put soda in the water cup and yelled at me for it. I laughed at him considering i spent over 25$ if its such an issue then dont offer cups fir dinking. I asked the lady who was working the reg and she said it was okay but the when the manger sitting down filling out crosswords puzzles saw it he yelled at me? Wont be coming back due to this. Me drinking soda from a water cup won't break your business, grow a pair and never yell at your customers
