Stephanie was so sweet and had a big, genuine smile on her face from the first moment I walked in. I ordered an Italian which really hit the spot for me and my baby belly. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
My first time at this sandwich shop, and it was so delicious that I will definitely will be back to try another sandwich of the menu. Today I had a combo name skinny veggie. The service is fast, the place is clean and plenary of tables to seat. The atmosphere is quite and so far is relaxing. Not sure if is because is a Monday or because of the time cam to order my food.

I come to this Potbelly on the weekends with my son and every time we are amazed at how fresh and tasty the food Is. I personally always get the Wreck and my son has the Mama's meatball, definitely recommend the chili. Lori welcomed us with a smile and a wonderful conversation while preparing our sandwiches today, thanks for recommending the Oreo shake. I kept changing my mind about the toppings and she was super cool and patient about it. A 5 star employee for sure !!
