Seriously this location is horrible and horrible with service!! ordered online - called to make sure they got it, they didn't so i reordered and it went through. called to see if we could pick it up earlier and they changed it on their end. we went to pick up the order and it was never made, the girl confirmed the order and didn't do anything with it! idk why we continue to order from this location.. always an issue with something.
I was trying to place an order on their website for delivery & it was an hour process by the end. I was on the phone with a manager giving me direction to no avail . She them to told me "you might want to download the app for it to process" that also failed. It finally went through AFTER I added a tip. I received the order confirmation which had added a tip for much larger % amount then I had entered. The next day a couple of hours before deliver time I was notified by email that there was a change in my ordered, I called and was told that the delivery guy had called off. The order I had placed was over $300 so there it was a very large order. I explained I was unable to pick it up and it was for a corporate meeting, I was told I could cancel or pick it up. I was unable to drive bc of injury to my back but they gave me no choice. I was overcharged for delivery and tip. I was told in would be put back into my account the following day...it's been a week and I am still waiting. I finally received an email tell me the adjust will be made but no revised invoice which I need. Extremely unprofessional co.

Witnessed racism against a teammate by the supervisor on 01/29/24 at approximately 6:16pm, which I was a customer. Was contacted on 01/30/24 at 10:20am and all she did was further make the situation worse but saying she doesn’t believe that took place because the supervisor is married to whom I assume must be a “Black Man” !!!! Even though she wasn’t there to witness anything. I don’t know any of these people, and wouldn’t gain anything from making up such ludicrous lies!!!! Don’t visit this location!!!! Take your money elsewhere!!!!

My sandwich was burnt so bad I couldn't eat it and also potbelly how you gonna make an avo turkey with no avo? And i ordered Mac and cheese it never arrived! This is the worst potbelly I have ever ordered from and spent allot of money just for me to not be able to have dinner. I'm so disappointed. Now I have no dinner and a burnt sandwich I can't eat ?

I came 10 mins before they closed. I asked if they had anything left, the lady said no. If you had nothing left at all then why isnt the door locked.
Food is good but service is terrible. Went to go eat with a friend and there was dirty tables and garbage on the floors by the booths. The trash bins were also full and smelled FOUL to where it was impossible to sit anywhere by the drink fountain. Definitely won’t be eating there

Ordered a Mediterranean sandwich NO chicken. Confirmed it with the first person and then the second person twice explicitly.Still found chicken in my sandwich when I got home.Some of us have religious and dietary restrictions. You can’t just remove chicken from a sandwich after grilling it and call it no chicken later.Even after confirming 3 times!!Worst experience.
