I was trying to place an order on their website for delivery & it was an hour process by the end. I was on the phone with a manager giving me direction to no avail . She them to told me "you might want to download the app for it to process" that also failed. It finally went through AFTER I added a tip. I received the order confirmation which had added a tip for much larger % amount then I had entered. The next day a couple of hours before deliver time I was notified by email...read full review

I asked for light hot peppers and not so much of the pepper oil…my sandwich was completely ruined from the overload of peppers. I try to make sure I say it twice and they still do what they want to do. This is peppers I took off just from one side, that’s

We love Potbelly and all the freebies I earn through the app. Sometimes they miss things like dressing from salads or leaving out the chicken. Chili is hit or miss; it can be very good or watery. But overall the food is very good.
