I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. I had messaged ahead for a higher floor room and the hotel accommodated my request (it was a lovely view). We were within walking distance from most tourist attractions and popular restaurants. All in all, our visit to Chicago was unbelievably enjoyable, and our stay at Home 2 Suites was just as lovely.
When we arrived early we were greeted by Tobu at the front door. He set the bar high for the rest of the hotel staff. He was so nice, and very helpful. The front desk staff was wonderful as well. Everyone friendly and accommodating, and we were able to check in early. We walked in our room on the 16th floor, although well appointed, we were hit with a strong smell of mildew. It was awful, and never dissipated during our stay. The other issue is the water pressure in the shower....read full review

Everything was excellent! Hotel location is great, walking distance to so many amenities. Nice restaurants around. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!
