I rarely leave reviews but felt obligated to for this location. I stop here at least 3 times per week on my way to work. My coffee is always top notch and the employees are consistently fantastic. They're super friendly every morning even when they're totally slammed, which is often. It's a great way to begin the day. Thanks for being my favorite Starbucks!

A good place to come and have a coffee and conversation close to downtown Chicago. Was full on a Sunday as well. The coffee is strong so order accordingly.

This is the worst Dunkin' I've been to. When you ask for an apple fritter, you get a glazed donut with apple filling. I love Dunkin's vanilla chai's but this place has the worst i've ever had. I keep going back thinking i'm catching them on a bad day but that's not the case.

Starbucks in general spends a lot of time/training on customer service but you can always tell if people are following a script originally nice. They are always friendly and helpful.

It's a decent Starbucks. My biggest issue is their online ordering is a mess. There's no dedicated pickup so people congregate (and a lot in the morning) around the general pickup area. Lots of times they won't call names and it's hard to get to the front because people block the way.Also recently I placed an online order to pickup and walked there only to find out it was out of stock.Some workers are not the most friendly and can't even thank you for a purchase. And then there are some other workers like Ashley that are super nice, have been there a long time, and remember your name.So my three stars are based on the poor on-line pickup, the fact you order something online and it's not available when you go to pick it up, and that some of the newer employees aren't the most friendly. The pics I took are from 6:15am when it's not as crowded. 8 is when it starts getting crazy.
