Used the company once a year ago via my personal name page. The coffee is ok, but wasn't something I wanted to re-order. Lo and behold, now, a year later, I suddenly get notice that an auto-shipment has gone through. No notice to my email that it was going, nothing. And when one goes to the website, there is literally no where noticeable to access ones own "subscriptions" or account. When you click on your own account, all you get is what orders have been made made, no way to change anything. The only way to "modify your account" is via contacting them by email. Total scam way to rope people into orders they didn't ask for or want. I tried their "chat" option, and no one ever showed up. I am literally going to have to cancel my debit card to avoid being charged again by this company.
