The slowest Starbucks I've been to. There was one employee taking orders, one heating up the food and the other making drinks as possible. It took me over 20 minutes to get an iced black coffee, though the barista did apologize for the long wait.
We went there at 7:55pm and my father really wanted a double a espresso. They assisted us even though they were about to close and as I saw from outside the employees still had a smile on their face. Great costumer service. Thank you

I had a simple doctor’s appointment at 259 E Erie with a family doctor and LSW from outer space. I could not get a cab out of that building. There is absolutely NO service in that high rise.
