Ok, this is a must see when you're in Chicago. 4 floors of Starbucks is a bit overwhelming. Make sure you're not in a hurry because I've been told by a local this place is ALWAYs packed. Had to wait over 30 minutes for our coffee and pastries, which were ok when we finally got them. The employees here are overworked and basically on an assembly line, so they don't have time to be overly pleasant. We came to this Starbucks to get our favorite drink and the only drink we ever order from Starbucks... a nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream. It was busy, as most Starbucks are. The staff were efficient with taking orders and getting drinks out. Our nitro cold brew was made with ice, which is never how it's made, and the barista willingly made us another one when we asked for one without ice. It was a nice, quick visit!
