The Starbucks at 151 N Michigan Ave. should be a shamed of its employees. To laugh and think it is funny that you made me miss my train because you made 4 other orders that were placed after mine before mine is not cool. Yes laughed out loud. No reason anyone should have to wait 12 minutes for an iced tea. ITS NOT FUNNY!!!
