I had a neutral experience here. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I only got a drink and a pastry but the order was not right. They heated the pastry without asking so by the time I got to it it was hard. Overall it wasn't a bad experience with customer service but I wouldn't choose this location as my first choice again. Side note: the drive thru is a little of a tight squeeze so be careful.
I was happy this place opened up but the wait times are awful compared to Starbucks near Archer & Western. At archer and Western they have a smaller lot, drive thru and workers move quickly through the line. No line is a quick in and out. One drink here is about 15mins avg with no cars behind you.

We Come through the drive thru all the time. It's disappointing that this one being closer to home doesn't get it right. Multiple times my cup has been low. There should be no reason why the cup isn't full specially when paying for no ice or light ice I'm not paying extra for the air in my cup.
