I ordered a tall drink with no ice and was up charged for something I didn’t ask for. I’ve been to numerous other locations all over the city and not once was I ever upcharged. She tried to explain that the barista at the other locations was supposed to ask me if I wanted extra purée because the drink won’t be filled to the top. Either way neither one of them did and this is the first location that decided to do it on their own and then up charge me for it without my knowledge....read full review
I had a hard day and needed an after work Starbucks drink. An employee by the name of Mitchell was extremely kind with a beautiful smile. I haven’t had customer service like that in a while; especially in our community! Thank you Mitchell; and thank you for introducing me to a new drink. It was great!
