The customer service in here is great, and the employees made sure I had everything I needed! However, I came in the afternoon and couldn’t stick around in the lobby because it was so hot! The workers said the AC can’t go any lower, but it feels like a sauna in there and those white blinds aren’t doing it any favors. Just seems like a little more thought would go into a new starbucks. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. I love the staff there always friendly… The place is clean… And never too busy. It’s a great respite from Colectivo across the street which tends to be very busy. But in the summer months this place is great because it’s air-conditioned and Colectivo is not.I give this place a 5⭐️Jerry gives it a 4⭐️ (lack of crumbs)

Me and my lady friends stopping here from time to time when we go to the Lincoln Park zoo for a quick coffee. It's my treat. Then we like to freshen up and then get on the bus and head north. I see they remodeled this place a little bit. Looks good.
