Having to order at the kiosk instead from a human was tough because I almost always order the Mexican pizza combo that includes 2 taco supremes, but I substitute soft shells for hard shells, using the self serve order system was more difficult to do that than it should be!

If you keep your order simple, they can't miss. However, large orders are not their fortieth. Anything complicated is going to be messed up.
There are 2 gentleman that work here that offer top notch customer service and I hope they get recognition for that. Next time I'll get their names because it's truly unexpected for the location and franchise but really refreshing. This is the only one I'll frequent.
There is a cashier named WILLIAM H that works there, extremely rude and still stuck in a hood boy mentality. Has no manners, bad attitude & doesn’t know how to problem solve when something is wrong. Told me he wasn’t going to refund me for a drink he didn’t have then told me to pull off. I will be calling corporate as well. Do better!

The food was terrible. They mixed my order up with someone else order. Then, after it was fixed, the food was just horrible.
Prices are higher at this location (lower prices are in other demographics - you can compare pricing via the app) I keep it as simple as possible if I have to come to this Stony Island location due to it being so close by. Typically, I drive far away for better service but sometimes there's no time for that. Make sure you check your order for accuracy. (MAKE SURE).
