I like the lobster tail and the first three appetizer. Other things look beautiful but taste nothing too impressive. The service and the atmosphere are good. Perfect for date night. $195/person tasting menu and we came out full.

Amazing meal at Temporis. We had a really great time eating the white chocolate nori cucumber dessert. It tasted like California roll and we couldn’t get enough of it. Super memorable!

I waited far too long to try this place, outstanding service and impeccable tasting food! I will be back again soon highly recommend to anyone in Chicago. Especially impressed with Ryan and Laura who took care of us but also kudos to the whole Temporis team.

I am finally getting around to writing this review but honestly just go to the restaurant.The service is impeccable and the sommelier that we had absolutely made my fiancés birthday and our experience a 5 star Michelin experience. The food was insanely creative and so good we wanted to lick our plates. We will be scheduling our next visit because out of the several Michelin restaurants we have been to in the city, this one stands well above the crowd.I didn’t get a picture of the bbq course because the smell sent me into a frenzy and I ate all of it before I could take a picture.Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

We have eaten at many Michelin-starred restaurants in Chicago but Temporis is our favorite. Food was stellar and service was excellent. Ryan's choice of wine pairings was also terrific and really enhanced our meal. Since my wife and I have different tastes in wines, we each had our own set of pairings, which worked perfectly. We really appreciated the warm and inviting feeling from the staff. None of the arrogance you find at many other restaurants with Michelin stars. Course after course was met with "Wow, that is amazing." The deconstructed barbeque brought a smile to our faces and dessert was very special. We will be back.

My review is on the scale of a Michelin restaurant.Ambiance: 10/10Service: 10/10Food: 9/10——————————————Atmosphere is cozy and intimate. Seating was comfortable, which is great as a tall guy with perpetual back issues. Unpretentiously neat furnishings, with splashes of homeiness that brings down your guard.My reservation was unintentionally missed, and they graciously accommodated for another time. We arrived and was instantly made to feel welcome and special. The staff is knowledgeable and have keen eyes for detail. No need to fidget with placements, fold my napkin, or brush crumbs from one course to the next. All this without feeling stuffy is an accomplishment. Our waiter was great, but it’s hard to judge how this would be at full capacity (given the size of the restaurant, probably would be no difference.) It felt like everyone was family, which was made even more poignant when the chef introduced one of the courses : the corn. Even advised we try the husk which was edible. That was definitely a highlight!Each course was an absolute delight. The progression from the very start to each following dish made perfect sense, and never breached my 80% full mark, even with the wine pairing (that’s the best way to feel at the end of a wonderful meal.)The canapes were tasty, playful little bites that definitely piqued our interest. My guest had the raw fish component for the next course replaced on the spot without us giving much notice, and it was still spot on.I love the homage to fresh, seasonal ingredients, with an almost singular focus of elevating ingredients to their best state. I almost felt like I was in Plato’s Cave allegory and could turn around to see the perfect state of the world casting its shadows on my palette.I only have one criticism for an otherwise perfect night. I feel the dry aged duck was a tad over medium rare, so I didn’t enjoy it as much as the other courses which broke up the continuity of the experience. Sandwiched between a perfect lobster and wagyu, the night was still amazing.We will definitely be coming back as their tasting menu evolves and when they get their second and hopefully third Michelin star.

We celebrated our anniversary there, we were pampered from beginning to end. The atmosphere was great, all the staff were making sure everyone had something to eat or drink on their table, and the food and pairing wines were exquisite, Definitely invited to go there again!!

Love this location and it seems to get better every time we visit. The staff and food are always such a delight. The wine is fun and perfectly paired. The seafood is elevated and the ingredients are top notch. This visit we were impressed by how each course seemed to be better than the last while we were simultaneously getting more and more full! We love Temporis and love to celebrate with them as often as we're able.
