I can only speak to my own experience at this place and I hope everyone has a better experience here. The “security/bouncer” said if I gave him $40 would he would allow my friends and I to cut the lengthy line. He charged me and my friends $40, I gave him a $50 and he said he’d return with my change. Nevertheless, he “forgot” to give me my change. Soooo.. yes, I guess it’s my fault to allow this establishment to believe they can be honest. Please save your money and don’t let them steal your money. Aside from this, it is crowded inside and drinks are overpriced.

Stopped by here for few drinks with my husband last night. We loved the atmosphere and music was really nice. Guy with blond hair( didn’t ask his name) at the door was very accommodating and nice. Service was also good. We will definitely come back again!

There’s so much more one can do in downtown Chicago and have a good time, or at least a not-bad time. This place does not have good vibes.

It was a fun place to go. It was a little loud for my liking but that is just personal preference. The drinks were also very expensive. I only got one. If you are looking for a cool place to go that has a club vibe this is your spot. I just enjoy a quieter bar.

One of the worse night I had here for being Queer person, I was dragged and humiliated physically by the guards because I am part of LGBTQ. Shame on you guys. #LGBTQ are also human beings.
If you’re an African American Woman expect to get turned around by the bouncers / security at the door … very rude to dark skinned women .. very aggressive as well .

This place is not fun. They charge you an unbelievable amount of money for it to be empty. The bouncers don't let you sit down when the whole place is empty. Do not recommend at all. We also got flicked off by one of the bouncers.

Had the funniest night here but definitely don't think this is my favorite night out spot. (Read for a crazy night).Spotted this place because a lot of classy dressed people were in line but we were told we either had a "table or tickets". And definitely didn't know we needed either so we were walking away until two really chill strangers bought a table and invited us to join them.We didn't know it was like a legit club until we walked down like two stairs and heard the bass. Have to note that the music wasn't bad but the DJ's transitions were a bit awkward. The drinks and the table took awhile for the staff to clean up since there were so many people just already on the couch dancing. Took almost like 30 minutes for them to clean and bring out the drinks, which wasn't too bad, considering it was kinda busy.We were just chilling and luckily there's a lot of couch space to enjoy ourselves. Enjoyed the bountiful amount of grey goose and tequila bottle service we had.But the craziest part of the night were the other club-goers. A few of them didn't even have shoes on which was fine since it didn't affect us but there was lots of juice and drinks splashed on the ground. The bussers were always on top of cleaning the floor and the couches which was super nice. And there was this "birthday girl" with no shoes on, constantly trying to steal our table's bottles and even slipped on the floor. Don't know if she was kicked out or just left on her own volition but it was a sight to see.It's a nice spot if you're willing to buy table service but it's a minimum $1500 I believe for a 6 person table?

These ppl are racist af. We where with a table they did not let us on but let several white and skinny light skinned ppl in on GA. Consistently told us to wait. I've been here several times the racism is insane. Do not support these ppl.

I celebrated my birthday at Underground Cocktail Club last weekend and the place was beautifully designed and organized. Stacey made sure that everything ran smoothly. The drinks are exceptional as well as the service. The servers took great care of my guests and helped me enjoy celebrating my birthday. The music was a mix of dj and live music. Everyone really enjoyed their time. I recommend celebrating an event here! - Dorota R
