Yesterday was a beautiful day to eat outside so my daughter and I stopped here for lunch and enjoyed a table outside. Boris was our wonderful server. Between his presence, the beautiful weather, and the delicious food it made our dining experence perfect. I had the Lasagna and it was outstanding. Will definitely be back!! A lovely hidden gem! A tiny family run restaurant. We had a reservation, which I highly recommend as dining room is small. The wine list was very good. We had a bottle of Moscato and a bottle of Chardonnay. We ordered mussels for an appetizer. The portions are hearty and flavors sublime. The mussels were so tender and delicate. Our entres came out hot and delicious. Truly authentic Italian. The tiramisu was excellent as well. We well definitely make this a staple when we go to Chicago in the future.

this is the place to go if you want to be treated like family. it's warm and cozy inside, my friends and I were instantly greeted and sat upon entering. the owner is very kind, his service is exceptional. the food is outstanding, homemade with love. if you are in the city, you owe it to yourself to take the time to stop in.

Fantastic neighborhood place, family atmosphere while still being upscale. Prices are reasonable, especially for the quality. I had lobster ravioli, which was truly STUFFED with lobster. My husband and I split a bottle of Greco de Tufo from the specials board and it was light and lovely. Don’t miss out on the tiramisu for dessert!

Came in with high expectations and they exceeded. The service was perfect, our waiter knew when we needed him and never pushed us through our meal. We had their special appetizer arancini and it was incredible. Lobster ravioli and bolognese dishes both amazing. Overall great experience in a cozy neighborhood spot with great vibes. Will definitely come back
I went on Valentine's Day with my significant other. They were very busy with the holiday, but the staff didn't miss a beat. The hostesses did an excellent job managing the reservations and tables were turned around quickly. Our waiter made an excellent wine recommendation, manager checked in on us and we never had an empty water glass. I enjoyed the food and will be back again!

The food is always excellent here, and if your portion is too large, the leftovers taste just as good the next day! I love this place. When I'm not here with my husband, I bring friends here--or we get takeout. I love that it's open in the afternoon for lunch, late lunch, or early dinner. The cocktails are very good, too! And a nice variety of wines. This is my favorite Italian place.
