Just had the braised pork buns from the food truck at the Square Roots; they were amazing. Already planning to have y'all cater lunch for our animal hospital in the very near future!
I tried Yum Dum Truck at Taste of chicago, which tainted my experience slightly because I had to wait in the longest line for an hour before I could get my food. However, the fried chicken bao I got was so amazing that I'll overlook the line and give this place 5 stars. I'd buy that bao any day.

This review is from last summer - one of the most delicious foods I ever had from a food truck. The chicken bao was so savory that I went for seconds. The team working on the food truck was very sweet and nice. They were patient to get the order from a crowd in a line. The weather was also perfect to enjoy the food.
