I had a wonderful experience here Thursday evening. The bartender and backing staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. High quality and tasty cocktails along with a small yet versatile selection of snacks. Pleasant atmosphere that’s dimly lit and tastefully decorated. I plan to return and recommend to friends!
Honestly, this was one of my fave spots during my recent trip to the city which I found while researching for speakeasies. The BEST people behind the bar (shoutout to Maggie, Logan, JT, and Colin) who chatted earnestly of their love of Malort against the dulcet screamo tones of MCR and Fall Out Boy. Met some new friends who live close by and visit often. Even had a little taste of caviar as a midnight snack. Got very Dead Poets Society meets Cheers vibes here. I'll be thinking...read full review

The Watershed is a warm and welcoming space in the basement of the Pops bar. It has a speakeasy vibe. Our bartender, Colin, was super efficient and friendly. He was helpful and informative with regard to the beer selection and got very creative with the alcohol free cocktails for me! We also tried some bacon wrapped dates with a dill and goat cheese spread from upstairs which was pretty yummy.
